What is the cost per square foot?
There are so many variables in a low maintenance composite or PVC deck that can affect the cost of the project. The size of the project, number of corners, intricacy of design and finishing material will all impact the costs. How do I get started?
All you have to do to get started is contact us and we will arrange a meeting in your home to discuss your project. Then we will provide you with a preliminary plan and quote for your dream project. After that a deposit will be required to hold a spot and order materials.
What is the payment schedule?
Our payment schedule is broken down to three equal payments. The first 1/3 payment is due upon booking, the second 1/3 payment is due when material is delivered and the final 1/3 payment is due when the project is completed.
Who handles permits and engineering?
Depending on the height and design of the deck, low maintenance composite and PVC decks may require a permit and engineering. Paramount Custom Decks is happy to handle the permitting and engineering for your project. Just let us know and we can include permits and engineering in the quote.
How long does it take to build a low maintenance composite or PVC deck?
After the planning stage is complete we move on to the building stage. Size, complexity and many other factors will affect how long the build takes. On average a 500 Sq. Ft. low maintenance composite or PVC deck can take approx. 2 weeks.
