Our payment schedule is broken down to three equal payments. The first 1/3 payment is due upon booking, the second 1/3 payment is due when material is delivered and the final 1/3 payment is due when the project is completed.

Pergolas will typically require a permit. Paramount Custom Decks is happy to handle the permitting and engineering for your project. Just let us know and we can include permits and engineering in the quote.

How long does it take to build a pergola?

After the planning stage is complete we move on to the building stage. Size, complexity and many other factors will affect how long the build takes. On average a 250 Sq. Ft. gazebo will take around 4 days to construct.
