Our payment schedule is broken down to three equal payments. The first 1/3 payment is due upon booking, the second 1/3 payment is due when material is delivered and the final 1/3 payment is due when the project is completed.

Who handles permits and engineering?

Sheds will typically require a permit and in some cases may require engineering. Paramount Custom Decks is happy to handle the permitting and engineering for your project. Just let us know and we can include permits and engineering in the quote.

How long does it take to build a shed?

After the planning stage is complete we move on to the building stage. Size, complexity and many other factors will affect how long the build takes. On average a 200 Sq. Ft. shed will take around 1 week to construct.
