We had Josh come over to have a look at our existing deck and yard. We did not really have any design in mind, just wanted the old deck torn down, taken away and something "new". The only direction we really gave them was a budget. Josh and his team came back with a two tiered octagonal cedar deck. We were very excited and very impressed with the end product. Solid construction built to last. Everyone that has seen the deck has been impressed and as much as I would love to take credit, full credit is solely given to Paramount Decks. We can take credit for hiring the best. The crew was here every day on time and some days well after the traditional quitting time. They left no mess and now we get to enjoy our outdoor living area for many years to come. This new deck may be the only reason we have decided to stay in this house, yes it is that good. The definitive question in most business is would you recommend them to a friend and we can honestly say a resounding yes , without any reservations.
I had Josh, at Paramount Custom Decks, give me a quote for a deck I designed last summer. Josh gave me ideas to incorporate and told me ways of saving money on my deck. Yes I said saving money! I was given a quote within a timely manner and the work was done, as promised. The quote was fair and the quality of workmanship was very good. I am the daughter of a carpenter, so I know my stuff. Even my dad, was impressed. One thing I noticed was they keep a clean work area, for their safety and for mine. Their work ethics and professionalism while at my home was greatly appreciated. Josh and the crew took time to listen to any concerns or changes I had and were always happy to comply. I had no problems with the permits as they helped me with that too. At the end of the day all one wants is a good job for a fair price. I definitely got that!!!! Rob and Josh were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional in the removal of our old deck and building of the new one. Brian is a craftsman and deserves a lot of praise for the skill and ingenuity he showed in getting all the features of our pergola to work. We had our deck installed in the fall of 2012. The glass on our privacy wall needed adjusting and so I emailed Josh asking for some guidance and direction so I could complete this. The next evening our doorbell rang and a crew member from Paramount was at the door. The adjustment was completed and at no charge. Our experience with Josh and his team at Paramount continues to be that of first class in nature and for any household considering a new deck we would highly recommend.

Josh was patient throughout the whole initial process and totally made us feel comfortable. When the team came to demolish our old deck, Andy and his team were diligent; and at the same time personable and friendly. Denny was in charge of every small detail and laid out the future steps in a timely and professional manner. Harvey, Lee and their crew's workmanship was second to none; truly first-rate. When our final invoice came, there were no surprises and the small amount of extra work we requested was priced extremely reasonable. Our Paramount experience was fantastic and our deck is BEAUTIFUL!
